Concentrix CVG Customer Management Group Inc. has multiple openings for the position of Software Automation Engineer. Work may be performed in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. depending on specific project needs. Travel and/or relocation may be required. Telecommuting may be permitted.

The Software Automation Engineer will apply knowledge of experimental methodologies, statistics, optimization, probability theory, and machine learning, using code for tool building, statistical analysis and modeling, using both general purpose software and statistical languages. Develop and program integrated software algorithms to structure, analyze and leverage data in product and systems applications in both structured and unstructured environments. Develop and communicate descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive insights/algorithms. Use machine language and statistical modeling techniques such as decision trees, logistic regression, Bayesian analysis and others to develop and evaluate algorithms to improve product/system performance, quality, data management and accuracy. Design, implement and improve environments, use current programming language and technologies to translate algorithms and technical specifications into code. Complete programming and implement efficiencies, perform testing and debugging. Complete documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. Apply deep learning technologies to give computers the capability to visualize, learn and respond to complex situations. Adapt machine learning to areas such as virtual reality, augmented reality, artificial intelligence, robotics and other products that allow users to have an interactive experience.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or any technical/analytical field that is closely related to the specialty, plus five (5) years of experience in the same or similar IT/Computer-related field. Required experience must include working with: UI automation; API automation; SQL; Azure; Python; GIT; Linux. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required for this position (no visa sponsorship available).

The base salary range for this position is $119,392 - $137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
