We’re looking for a Site Merchandising & Digital Experience Specialist who will be responsible for optimizing the end-to-end digital journey across both web and mobile platforms. This role focuses on presenting and merchandising product in a compelling, data-informed way to engage users and drive business performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has an interest in e-commerce and marketplace trends, and can interpret performance data to drive action.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee and manage the online experience for specific product categories, including product attribution, collection creation, product setup, and on-site navigation rules.

Monitor business performance and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize conversion through inventory insights, markdown strategies, and consumer behavior data.

Analyze weekly dashboards and reporting tools to identify performance trends and generate insights that support campaign and merchandising strategies.

Improve product discoverability by analyzing site search behavior and continuously enhancing search results and content.

Understand and apply marketing concepts such as click-through rates, time on site, and cost per conversion to optimize the customer journey.

Align site structure with digital marketing campaigns to support business goals and ensure a cohesive, conversion-driven experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce, or online retail.

Proven understanding of site analytics, consumer behavior metrics, and digital KPIs.

Hands-on experience with content management or merchandising systems.

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (e.g., conversion rate, CTR, ROI) and their connection to website performance.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).
