Maintain their work area in a safe, orderly and clean condition.
Follow the internal work regulations and safety requirements established by the company.
Actively participate in the improvement of the quality/safety and environmental management system, based on procedures and instructions, as well as share, understand and comply with the quality/safety and environmental policy.
Coordinate, reserve and schedule the daily shipments following customer priorities and requirements.
Creates the daily picking lists so the warehouse operations team can prepare physically the shipments.
Track & trace: monitoring of delivery process with logistics suppliers and agents (ensures that all the shipments programmed and prepared arrived on time).
Verify all the shipments are identified and prepared correctly.
Stays in constant communication with Customer Service.
Program the pickup and delivery of shipments.
Prepare logistics paperwork for export operations.
Keep paperwork up to date.
Participate in support team meetings when your presence is required.
Operates in an ethical manner.
RequisitosBachelor degree related to the position
One year of work experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related field
Knowledge in Import & Export/ Customs is required
Knowledge in Domestic & International Freight in/out is required
English 70%.
Knowledge in Carta Porte.
CTPAT, OEA knowledge is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience of utilizing a computer based inventory system.
