Solution Design: Create technical blueprints for ServiceNow implementations, considering data models, workflows, UI/UX, and integrationsImplementation: Lead the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including configuration, customization, and developmentStakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goalsTechnical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including its various modules, functionalities, and best practicesDocumentation: Produce and maintain detailed system documentation, including design specifications, maintenance procedures, troubleshooting guides, and deployment plansTesting: Create and coordinate testing activities to ensure the quality and reliability of implemented solutionsProblem Solving: Resolve complex technical issues and provide guidance to development teamsMentoring: Mentor and support less experienced colleaguesContinuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platformPerformance Management: Monitor instance performance and propose improvementsHAM Pro Specific Tasks:Develop and implement plans to improve the Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) process and methodsConfigure and manage stockrooms, asset health dashboards, and hardware asset mobile agentsIntegrate ServiceNow with third-party systems (e.g., Microsoft Intune) for asset managementPerform troubleshooting, debugging, and problem resolution to ensure operational success
