Perspektiven

In dieser Funktion bist Du die Schnittstelle zwischen Werkstätten und unseren Kunden. Du setzt Dein Expertenwissen aus dem Kfz-Gewerbe vielfältig ein, indem Du zum Beispiel verschleißbedingte Kfz-Reparaturen beurteilst, Kostenvoranschläge und Reparaturrechnungen analysierst und prüfst, ob die ausgewiesenen Ersatzteile erforderlich sind. Schließlich übernimmst Du die Freigabe der Reparaturanfragen und bearbeitest eigenverantwortlich Reklamationen. Dabei bist Du Ansprechpartner (w/m/d) rund um technische Fragen und Sachverhalte.

Dein Profil

·         Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich der Kraftfahrzeugtechnik oder mehrjährige Erfahrung als Kfz-Mechaniker oder Serviceberater (w/m/d)

·         Erfahrungen im Bereich Kfz-Service oder Service Reparaturen

·         Erste Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen für Service Reparaturen

·         Aktuelle fachbezogene Kenntnisse auf dem Gebiet der Reparaturtechnik

·         Fundiertes Know-how im Umgang mit den gängigen EDV-Anwendungen

·         Ausgeprägte Kunden-/Serviceorientierung mit sehr hohem Qualitätsanspruch sowie ein souveränes Auftreten

·         Hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Motivation und Teamgeist

·         Begeisterung für die Automobiltechnik sowie ein starkes Kostenbewusstsein
