Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert-level technical support and case coordination, ensuring fast and effective resolution of complex customer issues. You’ll work alongside a team of experienced and passionate colleagues in a collaborative, international environment. **Job Responsibilities** · Provide technical support and service coordination for local and regional customer cases. · Conduct occasional on-site visits for advanced troubleshooting (approximately 30 travel days annually). · Engage directly with customers to understand technical challenges and deliver solutions that exceed expectations. · Share learnings and best practices across the organization to drive continuous improvement. · Support drive applications in cooperation with service and sales teams. · Maintain ownership of service-related cases to ensure timely and effective resolution. **Background & Skills** To be succesful in this position, you should have: · A degree in Engineering or a related technical field. · Experience with variable speed drives, especially the VLT product (preferred but not mandatory). · Proficient in English (written and spoken) · Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach. · Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Office, Salesforce and willingness to adopt new IT tools. · Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation. You are a structured problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset and the agility to make sound decisions under pressure.
