Your ‘day to day’:

This position is responsible for managing import operations and enhancing service delivery efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

 

Monitoring inventory levels and developing effective loading plans to ensure timely delivery of goods.Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as IBP (Integrated Business Planning), Warehouse, and Fulfillment to prioritize shipments and address any logistical challenge.Tracking and optimizing shipment processes, addressing delays, and implementing timely solutions. Investigating shipment discrepancies or damages, working closely with factories to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.Managing all shipment-related documentation and invoices, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.Coordinating with the IBP team and the Excise Tax & Customs Executive to assess requirements for tax sticker procurement.Measuring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in logistics processes, tools, and systems.Contributing to cross-functional initiatives focused on sustainability, cost optimization, and customer collaboration, while strengthening analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

 

Who we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or any other related field Post graduate degree in relevant Field e.g. Supply Chain and Logistics would be an asset1-3 years’ experience as Logistics executive ideally at an FMCG multinational environment Ability to interpret planning data and operational assumptions to guide strategic logistics decisions—effectively communicating shipment priorities, inventory strategies, and process improvement opportunities to stakeholders, while ensuring alignment with financial objectives and overall supply chain performance.Advanced problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to present complex concepts across the organization and make data-driven decisions Advanced MS Office user (especially Excel)Advanced SAP user  Fluent in English and Greek (both written and verbal)
