**Senior Test Analyst**
**Location: San Francisco, CA**
**Required Skills**
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent related work experience.
Over 6+ years of IT experience focused on QA software testing
Lead the testing efforts for projects in the client IT landscape.
Oversee the creation and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts.
Provide detailed analysis and reporting of test results to customer.
Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies throughout the testing process.
Microsoft Power App, Selenium, HP ALM, JIRA, Test Management
**Roles and Responsibilities**
Test Planning – Develop and document overall test strategy & Test Plan
Resource Management – Allocate and Manage test resource
Facilitate communication between Business and the Team
Identify, assess and manage risks associated with testing.
Test Execution oversight – Monitor and supervise execution.
Work closely with the customer to understand the expectations.
**Salary and Other Compensation:**

The annual salary for this position is between [$53,477 – $92,500] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
**Work Authorization**
