In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business **Process Overview** This position will play the role of a technology manager leading one or more functions of the Wealth Management Technology group. **Job Description** The individual will work on overseeing the design/ development for critical functions in WMT and be accountable to deliver key initiatives from India. Drive solutions through design, develop, test, enhance, debug, support, maintain and test Business tier applications that support business unit or supporting functions using modern tech like Java/.NET and should have some exposure to mainframe technology. Participate in design, development, and implementation of complex business applications, particularly in the context of modernization that will cater to current and future business need & growth. Should be well versed with the modern tech landscape including emerging technologies, tools and products that will enable the modernization journey. Provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives. This role will a lead of approximately 100 technologists in the bank. **Responsibilities** + Oversight of delivery on key programs from India + Day to day people management and contributing into the defining the strategic direction of wealth management technology. + Manage proficient techies on distributed tech stack: Java, .NET, Angular/React, Kafka, Cockroach DB, Spring boot. + Collaborate with partner teams like production support and testing. + Work with US and India teams to solve impediments during India hrs. + Experience with Requirements Analysis and Documentation + Work Experience in Agile methodology + Good Communication Skills and experience working in a diverse team. **Requirements** **Education:** B.E / B.
