Develop and maintain advanced HR dashboards and reports to provide insights into workforce trends, employee engagement, and turnover ratesSupport the creation of budgets, monitor real-time performance, and propose annual HR targets based on global objectives, including relevant HR KPIsLead and drive specific HR projects at all organizational levels to enhance the people analytics function in multinational environmentsCalculate financial scenarios for footprint adjustments across all countries and develop as well as monitor the execution of these plansTrack the implementation status of the group's diversity strategy within Business Group Lighting and collaborate with the Global Diversity Responsible to create reports highlighting key trends and challengesAct as a sparring partner for regional and country HR People Analytics teams
