In our Digital Strategy Team, we have the mission to define, design, and implement digital strategic action plans. Our goal is to educate, engage, and inform our retailers through relevant digital content and campaigns. We achieve this by monitoring digital performance and engagement, setting action plans to reach KPIs, and adapting brand campaigns to align with local legislation. We build communication plans with an omnichannel strategy to ensure messages respond to local actualities.
Your main responsibilities are:
Digital Brand Content Orchestrion
Anticipates, plans, and optimizes the representation of our Smoke Free ProductsRegular contact and collaboration with cross functional teams to share a unified digital strategy.Manages content creation and updates in accordance with brand activities.Implements CRM automated journeys to maximize partner digital engagement.
Digital Brand Content Creator
Creates emotional, relevant, and educational content focused on retailer needs to enhance the attractiveness of the OPEN site and generate engagement with tobacconist partners.Implements new UX/UI with the PMI global team.Designs effective and automated digital marketing campaigns and proposes consistent digital adaptation plans for new brand campaigns in line with PMI DTE toolbox or brand narratives, messages, and guidelines.Management of Internal & External Stakeholders
Informs stakeholders of current and future developments to ensure optimal multi-channel deployment.Communicates clear briefs to creative/digital production agencies and internal teamsManages relationships with external digital agencies.
Compliance & Controls
Ensures all digital communication activities comply with PMI standards, principles, and practices (PMI C-4 policy) and French law and regulations.Performs regular audits and controls to ensure campaigns align with agreements and PMI expectations.Respects safety procedures and legal constraints to contact adult smokers only with appropriate brand messages.Reports any anomalies, if applicable.

What will the selection process look like?
Talent Acquisition (TA) will perform an initial screening to assess whether candidates match with the defined vacancy requirements. If this is the case, the candidate will be invited for 2 competency-based (virtual) interviews. In parallel, you will be asked to complete online assessment tests*. At the end of the process, each candidate will receive the assessment results, as well as actionable feedback for their further development.
*Assessment Tests
The tests are integrated in the selection process to increase objectivity of the final decision making. The assessment tests for this role are a cognitive ability test. The results will not be saved in the employee’s file and will only be used in the context of the vacancy for which the employee is applying. Results are therefore not used for purposes of performance evaluation. · Cognitive Ability Test: Report links under three headings:
1. Deductive reasoning (measuring the ability drawing logical conclusions)
