**Job Description**
**The Position**
We are seeking a Senior Specialist Contract Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting Market Access and Account Management with our most important Customers in the US. The ideal candidate will have an initial understanding of contract processes and familiarity with concepts regarding compliance requirements. This will also include opportunities to evaluate and provide financials that support the Account Team’s negotiations. This role is essential for ensuring the effective management of contracts with multiple segments including Payers, Hospitals/GPO/IDN, Providers and Trade and Distribution.
The Senior Specialist Contract Analyst will play a key role in reviewing, managing and supporting contracts across the full Organon portfolio of Products. They will work closely with legal, marketing, finance, and operational teams to ensure all agreements comply with legal standards and internal company policies while supporting business intent.
Responsibilities include analyzing contract terms, identifying potential risks, proposing mitigation strategies, and managing the full contract lifecycle. The position also requires the ability to work in a highly regulated environment, meeting tight deadlines, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation supporting process improvement.

**Responsibilities**
+ Analyze and review pharmaceutical contracts.
+ Support negotiation of contract terms with internal Account Team.
+ Ensure compliance of contracting policies and procedures.
+ Collaborate with commercial legal to manage terms and conditions.
+ Identify and mitigate contractual risks to implementation of contract.
+ Maintain an up-to-date contract database.
+ Prepare contract reports for management.
+ Participate in process improvement initiatives.
**Required Experience and Skills**
+ Initial experience in contract management in the pharmaceutical sector.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Proficiency in MS office tools and contract management software.
+ Strong attention to detail and organization.
+ Ability to work both independently and in a team.
+ Good understanding of legal and business issues.
This role is located in our Plymouth Meeting office. The selected candidate must be willing commute to this office 2-3 days a week.

Benefits offered in the U.S. include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation and holiday time, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
**Annualized Salary Range (US)**
$103,100.00 - $175,300.00
