About our Team

Generally, the team is formed in Squad where each squad consists of Squad Lead, Business Analyst, Dev lead, Developers and Testers. This Squad structure provides more connectivity among team members and allows us to deliver faster as all resources work as one group on dedicated task. When the KMS team leave, there is nobody that can support the front-end development work.

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in TypeScript and React to join our growing front-end engineering team. You will be the technical anchor in our India-based development group, working closely with our US-based product and engineering teams to deliver beautiful, reliable, and secure user experiences.

This is a hands-on role focused on building rich, responsive UI applications that adhere to Figma designs with pixel-perfect precision. You’ll interpret business requirements, apply best practices, and guide the team to craft solutions that delight users.

Responsibilities 

Lead development of React/TypeScript-based UI applications.Implement highly accurate front-end components from Figma designs.Review pull requests and mentor junior developers in best practices.Collaborate with product managers and designers to turn business goals into intuitive UI workflows.Ensure front-end code is secure, accessible, and up-to-date with patches and compliance standards.Take ownership of features from concept through to production and monitoring.Proactively identify technical improvements and lead implementation.Work overlapping hours with the US Mountain Time zone.

Requirements 

Hands-on experience in front-end development experience, with a strong focus on React and TypeScript.Proven attention to detail with ability to match complex UI designs precisely.Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.Experience interpreting written acceptance criteria and delivering complete, production-ready features.Knowledge of secure front-end practices and patch management.Experience mentoring team members and performing thoughtful code reviews.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with additional languages and platforms (e.g., C#, Java, Node.js).Familiarity with CI/CD workflows, performance optimization, and accessibility.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with evolving priorities.Demonstrated ability and willingness to continuously learn and expand skillsets.
