The Position
You will play a central role in ensuring the most effective, efficient and compliant handling of all BayesChrom quality matters both in development and implementation. You will ensure a high level of quality and compliance, by setting the right strategy and standards in maintaining our Quality Management System so that we continuously deliver on all relevant GMP requirements and secure training-related competence development. You will be the go-to person on quality related subjects. You will actively identify and drive quality improvement initiatives, and support by applying systematic problem-solving, process mapping, or other cLEAN methodologies. Your main tasks will include:
Ensuring a high-level GMP overview and reporting quality trends to the management. Handling deviations and change requests. Supporting daily operations and ensuring the relevant level of GMP and training. Identifying and handling quality gaps.
You will work closely with the entire BayesChrom Project, and your stakeholders across the SVP (Senior Vice President) areas.
Qualifications
We are looking for a colleague with:
A bachelor’s, master’s or PhD degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biochemistry, or a similar discipline. Work experience in a GMP regulated environment handling deviations and change requests and dealing with various quality aspects. Experience working within a QC laboratory is an advantage. Project management, and Lean methodology skills/experience – desirable. Full professional proficiency in English. Knowledge of Danish will be an advantage.

About The Department
The BayesChrom department is newly established and is part of the ET DP MSAT & QC (Emerging Technologies, Drug Product, Manufacturing Science and Technology and Quality Control) with a partnership with DD&IT (Digital, Data & IT).
Our goal is to innovate new ways of working by introducing automation and digital solutions across our QC sites in Novo Nordisk. The job is based at Gentofte in Denmark, where we foster a collaborative and innovative atmosphere. Once you are fully up to speed in this new role, hybrid working from home of 2 days/week will be available as well.
