Join our Team: Senior Quality Inspector
Location: Carrickmacross, Co Monaghan
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am - 2pm
Join our team at Terex MDS and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Senior Quality Inspector to contribute to the team.

As a Senior Quality Inspector at Terex MDS, based in Carrickmacross, Co Monaghan, you'll play a pivotal role in embedding a culture of Total Quality Management across the site.
What you’ll do
Ensure all quality processes are adhered in each area of production – weld, machine shop, paint and assembly
Carrying out audits of the manufacture process ensuring quality standards and customer specifications are met.
Working as part of a team to determine root cause analysis of all non-conformances and support corrective/preventive actions.
Liaising with production to continuously improve quality standards within the factory.
Liaising with suppliers on defective material supplied
Reporting weekly internal rework to management and internal stakeholders
Attend and support the monthly quality council meeting
Work with Operations Director to embed the Terex Total Quality Management principles across the site
Support production on a daily basis with any quality issues
Complete Pre Delivery Inspection on all finished machines
Prepare and issues investigation and resolution reports to senior management
Collation of information and feedback to operations team members
Any other duties as may be reasonably required.

Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control and problem solving techniques
Excellent communication and assertiveness skills
Ability to negotiate
Previous experiences within the quality remit
