To enable your success, we provide the best tools, training and leaders in the industry. **Job Title: Senior Project Manager** CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, are recruiting a Senior Project Manager to join one of our global, leading science-based agtech accounts located in Stein, Switzerland.Must be fluent in English and German. **Purpose Of The Job** Have full accountability and responsibility for the safe management and delivery of project works in line with business processes and procedures working alongside contract teams and client to generate pipeline sales and opportunities. Manage others within the business and support growth and development of talent. **Key Responsibilities:** + Identify and develop project opportunities with customers and stakeholders + Build and manage project pipelines, capex plans, and tenders + Collaborate with internal teams, developers, and subcontractors to define project scopes and manage risks + Lead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures + Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members + Manage commercial terms, payment schedules, and project documentation + Provide regular reports to senior management and support business strategy development **Accountabilities** : + Report to the Head of Projects + Generate project opportunities and build strong customer relationships + Full P&L responsibility + Line management and development of team members + Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures **Requirements:** Fluent in English and German **Education:** Recognised technical qualification in Construction, Mechanical, or Electrical (desirable), or degree in Project Management **Training:** APM, Prince 2, CDM, SMSTS, Nebosh, CSCS, and IOSH certifications (desirable) **Experience:** Proven track record of delivering projects in M&E, FM, construction, or critical environments. Experience in business development, P&L management, team management, and bid management **Circumstances** Incumbents will be required to travel on occasions to support operational delivery, and participate in training and business review.
