Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Maintaining Supplier relationshipsEquipment orderingWorking with the business on spec’ing equipmentIdentifying best lease optionProviding lease quotes to the business.Processing orders with supplier/lessor.Updating Fleet DatabaseSetting up E-FilesMonitoring leasesCoordinating Annual Conference CallEquipment SalesObtaining buy bidsSending Purchase AgreementsCoordinating pickupsUpdating databaseProvide Fleet Team support in all aspects of asset managementMonitoring and ensure data integrityGenerate Management Inventory, Budget & Compliance ReportsEvaluate Current Process / Provide Process Improvement Recommendations

Preferred Experience:

Fleet/Asset ManagementProject Management SkillsExperience with SAP PD5 and S4 platforms

Requirements:

Fluent (Speech and Writing) in EnglishProficient in Microsoft Office suiteStrong interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders and suppliersProficient in communications and teambuilding skills
