We are seeking a results-driven Senior Manager to lead our Finance & Accounting division, servicing global clients in the BPO industry. This role will oversee end-to-end F&A operations including P2P, O2C, and R2R, ensuring service excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will combine deep financial expertise with a client-focused mindset and experience managing large, remote teams in a dynamic, high-volume environment.Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders on finance and accounting operations.Ensure delivery of high-quality, SLA-compliant services across multiple client accounts.Build and maintain strong relationships to understand evolving client needs and propose value-added solutions.Operational LeadershipLead day-to-day F&A operations, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.Manage a team of finance professionals and team leads, fostering performance, engagement, and development.Drive standardization, automation, and continuous process improvement across all finance functions.Financial Control & ComplianceEnsure adherence to financial regulations, internal controls, and client-specific compliance standards.Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, reconciliations, and reporting.Strategic Planning & ReportingProvide insights and reporting on KPIs, operational efficiency, and financial trends.Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for both internal and client-facing reporting.Transformation & Change ManagementLead process transitions, migrations, and implementations for new client engagements or expansions.Champion the adoption of digital tools (e.g., RPA, ERP platforms) to drive scalability and productivity.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s/MBA/CPA preferred).8–12 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role within a BPO or shared services environment.Proven experience managing large-scale F&A operations for international clients.Strong knowledge of financial processes and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, IFRS, GAAP).Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and financial reporting tools.Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.Strong domain of English >90%Preferred Attributes:
Experience leading multi-location teams.Exposure to process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment with competing priorities.Location:
