The Job

Lead the team in providing network project deliveryOversee the design, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructureEstablish, execute, and maintain standard processes and procedures to meet Service Level Agreements with internal and external partners and customersDevelop and implement network strategies that align with architectural improvements and industry best practicesDrive enhancements to existing processes and procedures to address any issues impacting network infrastructure availability, security, or integrityActively research and explore new tools/technologies to boost team efficiencyDemonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle high-stress situations comfortablyManage the team's utilization effectively

The Person

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or related disciplines, Master degree is an advantageMinimum of 8 years of progressive network engineering experience with 3 years managerial/team leader experienceNetwork Certifications such as HCIE is mandatoryExperience in network managed services is a distinct advantageFirewall certifications such as Hillstone Certified Security Professional (HCSP) or CheckPoint Certified Security Expert (CCSE) equivalent is an advantageSecurity certifications such CISA, CISM, CISP, CISSP or equivalent is an advantageProficient in incident troubleshooting, fault identification, and isolation, as well as understanding various networking components like routing and switching and firewallStrong knowledge of network protocols, technologies, and security principlesAbility to work well in a team and lead network initiativesExcellent problem-solving and communication skills
