Requisition ID: 75496 Job Responsibilities + Manage day-to-day test & packaging process activities, including scheduling, workflows, capacity planning but not limited to cost rate, production variance, work-in-progress inventory and its' accuracy, quality yield, capacity and etc. + Ensure efficient production operations by supervising staff, providing guidance, and fostering optimal performance. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations and timely delivery of products. + Lead and participate in improvement projects, utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate waste and improve productivity. + Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production issues and minimize production variance. Job Requirements + Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field. + Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role or supervisory role. + Proven track record of implementing process improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence. + Strong foundation in bottle neck management and demand driven execution. + Required to work in 12 hours day/night rotating shift. + Knowledge of manufacturing principles, practices, and standards. + Knowledge in data visualization tool such as power BI or tableau is preferable.
