Client Service - ERM:
Candidate should understand the fundamental of Enterprise Risk Management/ operational risk management.Knowledge of Operational Resilience, Third Party Management, integrated testing programs (e.g., technology, business, vendor resilience testing) including the alignment of critical business services to technology assets and vendors, or resilience risk and reporting / scorecards.Draft assessment reports including findings, associated risks, and recommendations related to Enterprise ResilienceDevelop Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), articulation of risk statements, defining thresholds, tolerances, Key Performance Indicators KPIs and creating dashboards (in MS Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) for continuous monitoring of Enterprise Resilience risksUnderstanding of general insurance regulatory landscape.Preferred experience and understanding of COSO ERM framework and/or ISO 31000Candidate should demonstrate understanding of Operational Risk Management.Experience in risk identification, assessment, and measurement and conducting RCSAs.Involvement in root cause identificationExperience in internal audit and/or internal controls assessment and End to End risk management frameworkHave they worked upon or has an experience in developing / drafting business documents such as SOW, policies, SOPs, BRDs, Gap reportsSupport the practice in building the ERM solution operating model and enablers Marsh, a business of Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC), is the world’s top insurance broker and risk advisor.
