Partner with the Best
As a Senior Manager of Mergers and Acquisitions you will help support all activities related to the execution of Baker Hughes inorganic initiatives, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures.
As a Senior Manager of Mergers & Acquisitions, you will be responsible for:
Driving all activities related to Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) projects. This includes private or public acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, corporate alliances, and divestitures of existing business units.
Executing many aspects of an M&A project, including due diligence, communication with target companies, external advisors, and Baker Hughes executives.
Supporting the coordination of corporate functions (legal, technology, human resources, finance, tax, etc.) through all aspects of the M&A process, including origination, letter of intent, due diligence process, and signing final documents.
Partnering with key stakeholders for the finalization of the business proposal and presentation to Executive Leadership for approval.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions.
Previous experience within investment banking, private equity, or corporate development highly preferred
Have experience leading a cross functional team and managing M&A processes.
Have experience working with global accounts/clients.
