【任职资格】教育程度:
大学本科及以上学历,大学英语四级或以上,机械类等相关专业
Bachelor's degree or above, College English CET-6 or above,and Technical background
工作经验:
至少15年以上EHS管理相关工作经验,10年及以上团队管理经验。Above 15 years experience of related EHS management and above 10 years experience of team management.
专业技能要求: 熟悉EHS和消防管理体系,掌握欧美国家对EHS管理的要求,同时对中国政府有关EHS管理也非常清楚。对机械制造行业非常了解,具在战略思虑维,能够及时准确处理各种紧急事件。know well of EHS management system(ISO14001&ISO45001 and FM etc.), master EHS requirement from EU and America and also from Chinese government.Understand specail EHS requirment for machinary manufacturing industry, and cope with different emergency cases timely.
能力要求:
具备良好的战略思维和领导力,较强壮的组织协调与沟通能力,工作细致严谨,良好的团队管理与团队协作能力,出色的培训技巧等。
Have good ability of stratgey thinking, leadership, organization, communicatioon, work conscientiously and carefully, equipped with good team management, team cooperation ability, and excellent training skills
其他特殊要求:
良好英文水平及沟通与展示技巧。 Good English, communication and presenting skill.
【主要岗位职责】1.确保MPJ所有经营活动包括采购、生产及售后服务等符合EHS法规要求,满足MAGNA对EHS、保安及消防及消防管理的要求与审核。同时,要确保EHS、保安及消防及消防的相关管理体系在MPJ的各个工厂稳健实施,符合适用标准(如ISO 14001、ISO45001、ISO26000、ISO50001等),将MPJ打造成汽车零部件制造业的EHS、保安及消防及消防管理的标杆企业。
Ensure legal compliance of all MPJ business operations including production, purchasing and after sales etc. and also can meet EHS ,Security &Fire requirements & audits from Magna. Meanwhile, we also need to ensure steady implementation of EHS ,Security& Fire management system in MPJ, compliance with related standard (e.g. ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 26000, ISO 5001), laws and regulations, requirements. To be the benchmark in automotive parts production field for EHS ,Security& Fire management.
2.制定MPJ长期EHS、保安及消防发展战略,年度EHS、保安及消防目标及指标。
Make MPJ long term EHS , Security &Fire strategy and target setting & achievement each year
1)基于总部要求及公司未来发展方向,制定EHS、保安及消防发展战略。
Prepare EHS , Security &Fire strategy based on requirement from HQ and also actual situations of MPJ.
2)每年制定EHS、保安及消防目标和指标,开展不同活动达成长期的EHS、保安及消防发展战略要求。
Establish EHS , Security &Fire starget and indicators each year to achieve long term EHS strategy with initiatives.
3.企业EHS、保安及消防管理文化建设,提高管理层对安全承诺及员工对EHS、保安及消防工作的参与。
Build up EHS , Security &Fire management culture and improve management commitment together with employee involvement.
4.监督与协调MPJ所有工厂EHS、保安及消防运营管理工作。
Supervise and coordinate MPJ EHS , Security &Fire management in all plants.
1)负责公司EHS及保安日常监督管理工作。
Daily EHS , Security &Fire supervision management
2)负责监督与协调所有工厂EHS、保安及消防管理,制定统一EHS、保安及消防标准,落实总部各项要求。
Supervising and coordinating all plants EHS , Security &Fire management and unified standard.
5. 遵守与执行体系要求Enforcement and compliance with system requirements
6. Mafact 安全,环境和持续发展模块的推进MAFACT safety, environment and Sustainability Moduls deployment
7. EHS管理体系和安全标准化二级企业运行和总部的审核。Implementation of EHS management system& National Safety Standardization Level 2
8. 监测计划及绩效Surveillance plan and performance
1)确保公司各相关部门按监测计划完成各项监测(如废水、废气、厂界噪声、职业卫生场所有害因素、有毒有害人员体检、防雷等)
Ensure related departments finish planned measurement(e.g. waste water, waste gas, boundary noise,hazards on occupational health site, health examination and lighting protection)
确保各项监测结果符合法律法规要求Ensure measurement results compliance with laws and regulations
2)向工厂发布安全、环境、能源月度综合业绩报告, 提供数据分析、技术建议
To release monthly consolidated performance report to plant for safety, environment & energy with data analysis, technical proposals
9. 事故事件调查Incidents investigation
1)协助各工厂完成事故事件调查,并确保符合集团的要求。
Coordinate with plants to accomplish incidents investigation and ensure this compliance with company’s requirements.
2)进行与安全、环境和能源问题相关的深入分析、数据分层,并定期与工厂总监会晤,以便推动进程
To carry out deep analysis, data stratification related to safety, environment & energy issues and to have regular meeting with plant directors for driving initiation
10. 团队管理Team management
1)协助领导进行EHS、保安及消防相关费用的管理
Assist leader to manage EHS , Security &Firerelated expenses
2)组织管辖岗位绩效管理工作
Organize subordinates’ performance management works
