The Global Footwear Product Management and Merchandising team creates and executes transformative global product strategies that ensure we have the right strategy and assortment to fulfill our guests’ unmet needs to deepen our guest relationships, grow our brand and deliver on our long-term enterprise goals. We possess deep awareness and intuition of the consumer, competitor, global marketplace dynamics and guest needs and use this knowledge to develop long-term product strategies and roadmaps, and manage seasonal product line plans to maximize guest demand.
a day in the life:
Create and drive and communicate on future product roadmap and global footwear strategiesDevelop and collaborate on seasonal briefs, to ensure product created reflects guests’ unmet needs and opportunitiesManage and oversee global forecasting and global pricing architectureDefine and communicate both short and long term product strategies and roadmaps, holding teams accountable to financial plans, GTM timelines, Be Planet metrics and various other key success metricsPartner with key stakeholders across brand, channel, planning and supply chain to ensure strategy executionDrive consumer insights research and implementation into creation processUtilize specialized industry experience to provide innovative solutions to potential risksCreate key seasonal footwear stories that align with enterpriseLead, develop, and inspire the regional and global merchandising teamsBuild and maintain long-term key product franchises through lifecycle and model update strategiesAbility to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate with external vendors, while simultaneously establishing collaborative relationships across the business with both internal and external stakeholders

Compensation and Benefits Package lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $151,100-$198,300 USD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
