Senior Manager, Operations Finance PAR
The Senior Manager, Finance Operations for Pakistan Franchise will partner with the Franchise team and work closely with the Operating Unit Finance teams to help create and execute a franchise strategy delivering growth and profitability. The successful candidate would be expected to work closely with the franchise, RGM, Frontline Marketing and strategy teams to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders and to develop the key insights needed to inform strategic priorities. This includes: + Assess overall business performance and collaborate across the franchise and bottler to assess commercial performance, as well as productivity opportunities to drive profitable and balanced growth, with strong focus on Volume, Revenue, Operating Income and Market Share. + Manage franchise (bottlers) and customer relationships at the local level, support insights and decision support on local business issues. + Quantitative and qualitative local Bottler/Customer analysis. + Collaborate with Category, Franchise leaders and Eurasia Middle East (EME) Operating Unit Finance on Innovation projects ensuring the development of holistic Business cases and comprehensive system financial assessment. + Collaborate with EME Operating Unit Finance team by stewarding the maintenance of solid internal control environment and driving a culture of compliance within the Franchise. + Manage all Business Models and drive balanced System Financial health within the Franchise. + Analyze and support working capital and cash management **Knowledge & Experience:** + 7+ years of experience in Category Finance / Business Finance / Commercial Finance/Senior Financial Planning roles + Highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels + Graduate in business studies with major in finance/ economics/ management or similar proficiency. + Сross-functional experience in an international company, working in a diverse cultural environment. + Experience within a challenging and dynamic environment with internal and external customers. **Skills:** Strategic Thinking; Business Analysis; Business Planning; Communication; Financial Forecasting; Data Management; Data Modeling; Storytelling Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:15 Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role.
