Responsibilities:
Business Strategy & Communication
Supporting strategic business initiatives by working with teams across the business to add new value; ensuring the execution of initiatives; and providing updates to leadership.Ensuring business needs are met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Supporting the execution of key initiatives by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers; and partnering closely with the business to ensure strategic initiatives deliver the greatest amount of value.Prepares documentation (e.g., Power Point, Word, excel) to communicate strategic recommendations based on research and data analysis. Supports the implementation of process, systems, and tool solutions by building relationships & partnerships with key business stakeholders.Program Management
Lead the development and implementation of program plans for the release of a new product to users, including defining project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of the new product, including managing project schedules, risks, and dependencies.Monitor program progress and identify opportunities for improvement to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and with high quality.Collaborate with business partners to identify and define new business processes and develop strategies to effectively implement the new product to support these processes.Develop and implement change management plans to ensure successful adoption of the new product and associated business processes by users.Identify and analyze business trends and opportunities related to the new product and associated business processes and make recommendations to senior leadership on areas for growth and improvement.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address issues that may impact program success or business growth.Communicate program and business strategies effectively to all stakeholders, including senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies related to program management and business strategy.Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant materials.Monitor and report on program and business performance metrics to track progress against goals and identify areas for improvement.Ideal Candidate would:

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
