Senior IT Enterprise Systems Engineer (6month Fixed Term Contract)
Job Summary: JOB DESCRIPTION – Senior IT Enterprise Systems Engineer Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid – 3 days in the office) Division: Ticketmaster International – International IT Contract Terms: Fixed Term Contract (6 months), 40 hours per week THE TEAM The International IT team ensures Live Nation Entertainment receives best-in-class IT services and support across the international regions of EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. Within this team, the IT Enterprise Systems function consists of specialists managing core services, ensuring the smooth operation, security, and compliance of our infrastructure. THE JOB We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior IT Enterprise Systems Engineer to support, secure, and continuously improve our public and private cloud infrastructure, essential to business operations across the international regions. This is a subject-matter expert (SME) level role, responsible for the design, implementation, and secure operation of systems including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, and Windows OS. The role also involves guiding other teams, driving standards, and ensuring compliance with key regulations. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING + Fulfil the role of Subject Matter Expert (SME) for core Microsoft technologies, ensuring operational excellence. + Secure corporate systems from unauthorised access, maintaining regulatory compliance including auditing and logging. + Identify, report, and remediate security vulnerabilities and issues. + Oversee deployment of security patches, software updates, and endpoint configurations. + Conduct systems and data integrations for business acquisitions, joint ventures, and startups. + Solve complex and time-sensitive problems and implement lasting improvements. + Curate documentation and follow structured change control practices. + Maintain secure, reliable system states across supported infrastructure. + Collaborate with international IT teams and stakeholders to ensure consistency. + Participate in related project work and offer cross-functional support. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS) + In-depth experience with Microsoft 365 in multi-region enterprise environments. + Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. + Expertise in Microsoft 365 services including Intune, Autopilot, Exchange, and SharePoint. + Familiarity with identity management, SSO, RBAC, JIT, and Least Privilege access principles. + Understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOX, PCI DSS, GDPR, and CIS. + Experience with Windows Server Operating Systems. + Scripting and automation knowledge (Graph API, PowerShell) beneficial. + Holds advanced professional certifications in Microsoft 365 technologies.
