You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of Technical & Commercial Proposals to our customers in Europe across various process industries (such as Life Sciences, Chemical, Energy, Power and Renewables) within Emerson Systems & Software Lifecycle Services portfolio and support Emerson sales teams in the pursuit of new business opportunities. This role requires the overall management of the proposal preparation and order booking process, including sales & operations collaborators coordination and direct customer contact, with the focus on winning more orders for the company. As a key point of contact, you will build and maintain strong relationships with Sales Account Managers and Operations teams across Europe. We look forward to seeing your application! In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Ensuring understanding, handling and satisfying each requirement or expectation from customers or company’s partners through remote communication or site visits;Taking ownership of the assigned Technical and Commercial Proposal and Order Booking scope delivery within Emerson Systems & Software Lifecycle Services portfolio, following the standard process;Ensuring the innovative and efficient solutions are proposed;proactively applying methodologies, resources and techniques for minimizing the execution cost, whilst maintaining the requisite schedule and quality;Ensuring customers are proactively informed on the status or any challenges;acquiring, maintaining, and actively sharing knowledge and experience with the team and the more comprehensive organization;Supporting on-the-job development of other Service Specialists;Taking other responsibilities or tasks, including those related to Ethics and Information Security policies within the skills and abilities, whenever reasonably instructed. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:Experience in commercial and sales support activities;Experience in process automation field for various industries;Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure;Project management / coordination skills;Proficiency in another European language (written and verbal).

For This Role, You Will Need:
University degree in Engineering (Technical);+ 3 years’ experience in a similar position or in a commercial environment (technical support, quotations, technical sales);Languages: English – advanced level + any other is a plusPC skills: MS Office, InternetPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:Experience in commercial and sales support activities;Experience in process automation field for various industries;Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure;Project management / coordination skills;Proficiency in another European language (written and verbal).
