We’re looking for a Senior Consultant to manage our dual education program and oversee key project initiatives. If you're ready to make a real impact, we want to hear from you! **Core Responsibilities** + Supporting a new project related to he development and optimization of the working time tracking system and its related processes in alignment with global initiatives + Taking ownership and providing operational support for our dual education program + Maintaining and managing operational and tactical processes in student-related processes while being the first point of contact regarding these topics + Supporting assigned HR related tasks connected to both regular or ad-hoc actions in Partnering, ER, Labour availability and flexibility **Do you have what it takes?** + Preferable degree from HR or economics field (at least BA/BSc degree) + Proven experience from manufacturing industry + Strong computer skills including knowledge of Ms Office – SAP knowledge is an advantage + Proficiency in English and Hungarian both written and spoken + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment + Ability to provide quality and timely customer service + Advanced problem solving and decision making skills Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
