**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Manage projects from conception to release through the use of the System Development Process phases to drive project features, staffing needs, and schedule.
+ Accountable for project planning and execution to meet scope, cost, and timeline goals while maintaining long-term quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction
+ Responsible for making trade-offs to stay within the project bounding box. Evaluates the business impact of trade-offs and makes recommendations for things outside of the bounding box.
+ Cross-manage project dependencies by collaborating with other managers and organizations
+ Proactively drives risks from projects by proposing, evaluating, and leading risk mitigation alternatives that seek balance of schedule/features/cost/quality.
+ Determine resource needs, secure internal and external resources and adjust resource assignments as needed throughout the project
+ Effectively communicate program status, trade-offs, and risks to collaborators, including senior executives. Communicate clearly and be able to provide appropriate messaging depending on the audience
+ Drive cross-organizational resolution of customer quality issues.
+ Drive team to deeply understand the customer/industry need in order to anticipate problems and think through multiple perspectives for the best overall solution.
+ Facilitate technical and key project related decisions with team and collaborators. Be effective at resolving issues and identifying when customer concern is appropriate. Able to extend decision-making skills to business, technical, and customer trade-offs and communicate clear recommendations.
+ Directly manage team members by coaching them, seeing opportunities to drive velocity, and removing roadblocks while maintaining priority on their development and career growth
+ Identify talent gaps and recommend investment changes to build a more effective team
+ Drive initiatives to develop necessary skills/expertise in the team.
+ Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvements.
+ Collaborate with peer groups with-in BU and Platform R&D for System Development, enable adaption of validation systems/offerings, pursue customer opportunities, resolving customer issues etc

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Education: Bachelors or Master Degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering.
+ Minimum experience of 12+ years including 5+ years of Project management experience and 5+ years of experience in application/system development in LabVIEW/Python/C++/C#
+ 4+ years of people management/development experience.
+ Experience in using lab equipment such as Oscilloscopes, RF Instruments (VST, VNA, RFSA, RFSG), Protocol Analyzer, Function Generators etc.
+ Proven Project management skills. Effectively prioritize projects and tasks.
+ Strong communication and presentation skills, analytical approach, and effective problem-solving abilities
+ Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and an ability to influence others without authority
+ Experience working with various geographies and functions
+ Work effectively in an ambiguous environment.
+ Dedicated and motivated individual who can volunteer for new challenges without being asked.
+ Highly organized to effectively handle multiple projects
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
+ Background in design/development of products (systems, software, and/or hardware)
+ Experience using NI hardware, drivers, and application software such as TestStand, and LabVIEW.
+ Experience in silicon bring-up, debug in the lab. Prior experience in semiconductor validation and ATE platforms.
+ Experience standing-up new teams, identify and develop skills/expertise.
+ Experience in validation and characterization of Mixed Signal components such as PMIC, ADC, Op-Amp, MEMS etc. and RFIC devices/components such as RFFE, Power Amplifier, Transceivers (TRx), Filters, Switches etc.
