Senior Financial Analyst I

What you will do:

Have a deep understanding of the business model and the drivers of each line of P&L.Collaborate with sales team on deal analysis and provide financial insights on deal structure, pricing strategy and margin improvement opportunities.Support dedicated digital innovation projects within the division to drive continuous growth and efficiency improvements.Assist FP&A in providing topline/gross margin/SG&A analysis for monthly business review deck with Global / Regional team.Provide financial insights and seek other supporting functions’ help when necessary to support division’s new initiatives.

Minimum Qualification:

Strong ownership and sense of collaboration.Between 4 and 7 years in financial planning & analysis and business support drive decision support and business initiative implementationUniversity degree (or equivalent) in finance, accounting or business management. Professional qualification degree preferred but not a must-haveStrong, analytical and problem solving skills to organize and synthesize large amounts of data into meaningful analysis. Exceptional technical and Excel / Modelling required. Skills with SAP / Power BI / other digital presentation tool would be a plusCommunication skills and ability to align complex financial and performance information with a variety of audiencesProven experience in Business Partnering. Can work under pressure with time constraint also be comfortable when the conflicts arise.Team player attitude, ability to build and maintain relationships

What we provide:

You will build up a deep understanding of the full cycle of business from end-to-end and how each component impact P&L financially.
