**Core Responsibilities**
+ Establish and formalize world-class, end-to-endfinancial managementprinciples for LEGO Marketing investments, spanning key processes such as Portfolio Development,IntegratedCommercial Planning, and Financial Planning.
+ Ensurethatmarketing planning principles align with portfolio profitability frameworks and productchoices.
+ Enhance communication, support, and collaboration across Product & Market Finance and Business teams by driving clear financial planning principles for marketing investments.
+ Create and deliver high-impact presentations for stakeholders ranging from business partners to C-level executives, translating financial insights into strategic decision-making.
+ Provide input forcreation of visualizationtools that improve transparency in funding allocations and financial planning.
+ Engage in strategic projects within Product and Marketing Development Finance while encouraging an "Energize Everyone, Every Day" spirit across teams.
**Play your part in our team succeeding**
As a Senior Finance Manager, Product and Marketing Development Finance, you will become an integral part of the Product and Marketing Development Business Finance team, driving financial leadership in marketing investment decisions. You will closely engage with key collaborators across the Marketing Value Chain, including Markets & Channels and Product & Marketing Development teams, both in Business and Finance. Your role is pivotal indeterminingand successfully implementing financial strategies that compete at a global level.
**Do you** **have,** **what it takes?**
Masterdegree or equivalent experience in finance, business administration, MBA or similar combined with:
+ 7+ years of proven experience in commercially oriented finance partnering and strategy roles within the FMCG/CPG industry.
+ Outstanding quantitative and analytical skills to extract logic, insights, and meaningful conclusions from complex, cross-functional business challenges.
+ Ability to balance strategic vision with execution, seamlessly shifting from high-level strategy to in-depth analysis when necessary.
+ Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and commercially driven, with a strong ability to challenge and influence partners.
+ Excellent communication skills, withexpertisein structuring documents, conducting quantitative analyses, and crafting compelling executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
+ Highly skilled in managing ambiguity, structuring complex cross-functional information and processes into clear, actionable recommendations.
+ Marketing strategy experience and consulting background are preferred.
