Senior Expert Finance
**Job title** – Senior Expert, Finance **Location** – Cileungsi, Indonesia **Job model** – Company Facility The Senior Expert, Finance is responsible for overseeing and executing finance actuals, closing, and reporting activities for assigned reporting unit(s) to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of the financial statements. This role is responsible for handling the full sets of accounts and actively overseeing the financial closing process. The Senior Expert, Finance will work closely with all finance functions, tax, treasury, shared services, and business units, ensuring a true and fair view of the financial statements aligned with the business needs. **Your key responsibilities** + Support continuous finance transformation, standardization, and process optimization for the assigned reporting unit in alignment with the local Finance Manager/(sub-)regional lead + Oversee and execute finance actuals, closing, and reporting activities for assigned reporting unit(s) to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of financial statements + Perform thorough sanity checks of the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement and coordinate variances analysis against actuals, including comparisons to prior periods + Ensure compliance with dsm-firmenich Accounting Rules, international, and local statutory accounting standards to maintain integrity of financial statements and management report + Monitor the Balance Sheet, conduct financial variance analysis, and address open items to ensure financial stability and accuracyInteract with external and internal stakeholders like auditors, government bodies, regional FC&A teams.
