Reporting to CIO, Julie Averill, the Senior Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Chief Information Officer who leads lululemon’s Technology organization and is a member of our Senior Leadership Team. The Senior Executive Assistant will play a vital role in the success of the Technology organization and will support the overall demands of this high-energy, fast-paced team. This person is a point of contact for internal & external requests as well as being responsible for organizing travel itineraries, coordinating meetings & agendas, managing correspondence and being a source of organization & coordination for the CIO as required. This role will act as a liaison between the executives, cross-functional partners and external contacts. This role frequently handles highly confidential and specialized information, including sensitive, strategic, and organizational issues.

Management of CIO’s calendars, email, and contactsMaintain highly confidential information for the business, team, or leadership and ensure information is handled appropriatelyEstablish work priorities and direct assignment of work to department staff according to scope of allowed authorityDelegate and follow-up on action items that fall within realm of responsibilitySchedule and coordinate meetings, meeting materials, technology resources and refreshments in support of smooth and efficient meeting facilitationOrganize and manage complex international multi-leg travel, including oversight of CIO’s end to end travel, detailed daily itineraries and meeting schedules; oversee planning and execution of in-market immersions and store toursSupport CIO and her leadership team in delivering departmental Annual Operating Plan and strategic planningAction onboarding tasks of incoming new members of the leadership teamAct as a communications liaison with department as required, including composing and sending outgoing responses and teamwide communication on behalf of the CIOAssist CIO with external communications across various platforms including LinkedIn and Instagram, as well as preparing for external speaking engagementsRespond to inquiries or refer them to the appropriate destinationPrepare briefing notes and minutes of meetings as requestedParticipate as a member on committees or project teams as requested or as appropriate to the roleAdhere to and ensure company and departmental policies, procedures and internal controls are followedSupport the Technology Engagement team with department-wide events and town hallsProvide personal assistance from time to timequalifications:
5-8+ years’ experience in a Senior Executive support level capacity with increasing responsibilitiesExcellent business acumen and ability to exercise initiative, tact, sound judgment and prioritizationStrong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with all levels of the organizationAble to observe and maintain the utmost confidentialityAdvanced-level Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiencyExperience working with a publicly traded companymust havesAcknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results. Compensation and Benefits Package lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,100 - $106,500 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
