Design the component plastic/Sheetmetal/drafting based on ZF-Lifetec Guidelines & Automotive regulations. + Understand problem statement in design & Able to give quick solutions + Apply GD & T to Drawings & check manufacturing feasibility + Need to Maintain Product Development phases across Project Life cycle. + PLM (Product life cycle management) management in windchill. + Maintain high quality communication & coordination with Counterparts Your profile + 4-5 years of experience + University degree in technical field (Mechanical engineer) + Proficiency in English + Mechanical Design Engineering experience in Design Engineering in Automotive Seating, Passive safety,seat belt,sysytems,Exterior &Interior New Product Development across Project Life cycle Management. + Well knowledge in tooling, core cavity, injection moulding as for plastic components. + Hands-on experience in analyzing information, evaluating end-user requirements and designing custom solutions for complex automotive & industrial projects + Exposure in design and development of plastic products in conformance to predefined technical specifications and tooling feasibility. + Strong abilities in creating, reading and interpreting engineering drawings and BOM’s. + Having a very good exposure towards Customer support and handling. + Added skills on New Concept Development, Bench marking and Drafting. + Experienced knowledge in CATIA V5 design tool, especially in Generative Shape Design, Part Design,Sheetmatal Assembly and Drafting.
