Position overview

Assist the Treasurer in providing leadership and oversight to the Treasury group. Be a change agent, transforming and managing the global treasury function including cash management, treasury operations, and financial risk management. The role will be responsible for global cash concentration, investments, debt, treasury operations, foreign currency risk, and bank relationships. 

Your Responsibilities 

Oversee complex global bank account and cash pooling structures, assess and implement opportunities for rationalization and efficiencies Optimize investments, funding and banking opportunities Partner with the Treasury team to manage FX risk including identifying exposures and hedging opportunities Ensure compliance with Treasury policies, SOX controls, and regulatory requirements Responsible for bank relationships, collaborating with them to assess opportunities Utilize technology to drive automation and efficiencies in Treasury processes Coach, mentor, and develop a high performing global team Lead and collaborate with business partners to provide value added solutions on strategic objectives Assist the Treasurer with ad hoc requests

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business administration.  MBA and/or CTP credential helpful Typically has 12+ years of experience in Treasury with strong knowledge of global Treasury practices and managing a team, leadership. Possess strategic thought leadership skills Ability to create strong relationships both internally and externally Strong PC skills – Excel, Word, Power Point Travel – Quarterly within US and potential international travel 1-2 times a year.
