Senior Director, Risk Assurance

We are seeking a Sr. Director, Risk Assurance who will be
responsible for leading and managing a high-profile SOX Compliance project in
the pursuit of delivery excellence for a large client in the Northeast
region. You must demonstrate a high level of executive presence and
well-developed project management skills, in addition to the ability to deliver
sustainable and profitable engagement delivery.
This includes:
+ Drivingand leading the day-to-day execution of SOX Compliance advisory projectwork including controls rationalization, financial statement riskassessment, application risk assessment, segregation of duties, review ofSOC reports, control owner training, leveraging ERP automated controlfeatures, automated control testing, etc.
+ Representing RGP’s capabilities inclient-facing meetings and the ability to progress conversations with keydecision makers.
+ Applyingsubject matter expertise to lead knowledge management initiatives andresearch to further enhance organizational expertise and solutionknowledge.
+ Demonstratesstrong understanding and experience with SOX 404 Compliance and InternalControls testing
+ Integrateseamlessly with the client team, building trust and credibility to ensure thesuccessful execution of their deliverables
+ Serveas the client’s and internal team’s key contact for day-to-day operationalaspects on project execution and partner with the client to identify andovercome obstacles
+ Employexceptional project management skills to ensure successful completion
+ Maintaineffective communication with the client and project team
+ Proactivelyidentifies and synthesizes opportunities for additional client support andcommunicates this to account leadership
+ Demonstratestrengths in relationship management with an ability to elicit cooperation froma wide variety of sources
+ Desireto help the team to grow services and offerings related to digitally-enabled RiskAssurance (continuous control monitoring / data analytics / use of AI) andAgile methods
+ Familiaritywith the consumer products industry
+ Familiaritywith AuditBoard SOXHUB; (implementation and/or administrator experiencedesirable)
+ Bachelor’sdegree from a four-year accredited institution
+ CIAand CISA strongly preferred; CPA is desirable
+ 15+years working in internal audit, consulting, assurance services, orrelated field in professional services or CPG industry
+ Knowledgeof ICFR risk assessment methodologies and developing key deliverables,including process walkthroughs, controls rationalization, key reports,Segregation of Duties, SOC reports, control testing
+ Understandingof commonly used internal control frameworks, risk frameworks and SOXcompliance leading practices
+ Foundationin risk and compliance processes and objectives
+ Excellentinterpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence and the ability toengage and motivate people
+ Outstandingverbal and written communication skills, including preparing anddelivering executive and audit committee level presentations
+ StrongSOX 404 experience with ability to multi-task and oversee multipleconcurrent work streams
+ Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
+ Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
+ Pay Range: $ 100 - $150/hr
