Would you like to leverage your deep experience in healthcare product technology to improve patient outcomes and deliver impactful products?

Are you ready to take your product leadership career to the next level with a global leader in information and analytics?

About the Team

Our work directly influences how clinicians deliver oncology care and improve patient outcomes by reducing variability, improving access to clinical trials, and providing actionable insights in cancer care delivery.  This is an opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team leveraging AI and advanced analytics to redefine clinical decision support.

As the leader of this portfolio, you will define and drive the product vision, lead matrixed collaboration across product, clinical, technical, commercial, and informatics teams. You will guide the evolution of our platform in response to buyer and user needs, while ensuring a robust pipeline of innovation – including the growing potential of AI and advanced analytics.

Engaging deeply with clinicians, health system executives, and payer stakeholders to uncover pain points and unmet needs

Leveraging healthcare data, market intelligence, and user research to shape product strategy and feature prioritization

Partnering with engineering and informatics teams to integrate AI, clinical rules engines, and healthcare analytics into the pathways platform

Ensuring product capabilities support meaningful insights for users, including treatment selection, trial identification, and quality reporting

Leading cross-functional product development efforts using agile methodologies; managing delivery across multiple squads and workstreams

Acting as a key partner to commercial, marketing, and customer success teams, shaping positioning, go-to-market planning, and product adoption strategies

Driving execution of product launches, enhancements, and lifecycle management focusing on quality, compliance, and customer impact

Managing and mentoring a team of product managers providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities

Qualifications
