**Core Responsibilities**
Upon joining our Digital Portfolio and Delivery Office, you will join our team of Digital Portfolio Partners.
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
**Portfolio Management: Standardization and Value Creation:**
+ **Drive and facilitate the annual, quarterly OKR (Objective and Key Results) processes** for the portfolio and ensure collaboration between senior tech and product leaders to create a set of aligned portfolio objectives, in terms of business outcomes and key results
+ **Challenge quality of pOKR** (portfolio OKR), continuously push for improvements based on the gathered insights (both insights from within the user group and across user groups)
+ **Drive tracking and reporting of the digital portfolio** towards internal processes incl. continuous improvement and automation - create productivity by utilising the tools and data.
**Portfolio Partnering: Trusted partner to the user group Leadership Teams and Digital Technology Leadership Teams:**
+ **Transparency and active knowledge sharing** across Portfolio Partners to stimulate strategy adoption and end to end oversite of the entire portfolio.
+ **Call out digital portfolio inconsistencies** , expose gaps and challenges. Highlight what to be solved and proactively advise who should solve it - driving through to resolution.
+ **Mature the data-driven decision making within the Domains** , by e.g., bringing insights from the digital performance metrics into the Domain LT level, facilitate the insights driven dialogue and ensure actions are taken and driven through.

+ Do you have what it takes?
Some years of experience as a technology portfolio manager, or technology strategy manager
+ Practical experience with portfolio planning, OKR, product management and change management
+ Proven partner management skills, specifically targeting VP and SVP layers
+ Strong collaborative skills
+ Proficient in English
