Senior Customer Service Specialist with French

The Senior Customer Service Specialist (Back Office) plays a pivotal role in ensuring effective back office operations by handling administrative tasks, processing orders, managing data, and ensuring smooth functioning. Ensures reliable and accurate data management and the ability to draw conclusions from it for operational excellence.

Your responsibilities:

- contact with internal customers (by phone and email) regarding availability of goods, order delivery dates, complaints during delivery, etc..;

- contact with carriers (by phone and email) regarding order delivery dates and returns, logistic complaints, etc.;

- management of orders;

- changing address, date, warehouse, quantity of goods in orders as needed;

- entering technical complaints (without processing) and issuing credit notes to the customer;

- handling logistical complaints (analyzing the case, issuing credit notes, debit notes and returning goods if necessary);

- organize the return of goods from the customer to the warehouse and ensure its implementation

- shift work - providing business support until 5:00 p.m.


Our requirements

1. Secondary education or higher and/or 3-5 years of relevant experience

2. Fluency in French and English

3. Good knowledge of MS Office environment

4. Experience in SAP/Client Link and other ERP environments is a plus
