What the day will look like
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant to join our Technology Sector team. In this role, you will engage directly with clients in the technology industry to understand their unique talent needs, design compelling and customized talent solutions, and lead the delivery of consulting projects that create measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
+ Collaborate closely with technology clients to identify talent challenges and business objectives.
+ Develop and present innovative, data-driven talent strategies and solutions that align with client goals.
+ Lead end-to-end delivery of talent consulting projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
+ Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on talent-related matters.
+ Work cross-functionally with internal teams and subject matter experts to enhance solution offerings.
+ Stay current on technology industry trends and talent market dynamics to inform consulting approaches.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
+ Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in talent consulting
+ Strong understanding of technology industry workforce trends, talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
+ Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to influence and build trust at senior levels.
+ Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and solution design.
+ Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills.
