We’re looking for Business Systems/Project Analyst to join our ever evolving CTO team to help us unleash the potential of every business.

What you’ll own
Expert career individual contributor role. Highly experienced professional with broad experience and unique knowledge. Able to act independently to resolve highly complex problems. Is regarded as a leader and expert in their field. Will coordinate the work of other teams and drive activities through to their conclusion.
Documents high quality analysis of scope and system behaviours to ensure that decisions are codified.
Collaborates closely with Enterprise Architecture translate designs into deliverables for impacted teams.
Works closely with engineering teams in establishing end to end system contracts between complex up and down stream services.
Tracks the implementation of the designs into development and production to ensure end to end flows operate as intended.
Elicit, analyze, communicate and validate business/user requirements for processes, policies and information systems.
Translate business needs/end-user requirements into functional specifications that describe what the system, process or product/service must do to fulfil the end-user/business requirements. Ensure that deliverables are understood and are delivered.
Supports end to end testing, particularly with scope clarification and ensuring the teams fully understand expected behaviours.
Re-engineers processes to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency.
Trains Product and Go To Market teams on how new systems function.
Other related duties assigned as needed.
