Job Purpose
The SBA plays a key role of the team by proactively seek for valuable financial and non-financial insights from the Supply Chain area, recommend initiatives to help improve operation of the Supply Chain Department, assist the Supply Chain Management Team in day-to-day and ad-hoc analysis. He/she will involve deeply in the operation of Supply Chain Finance, ensure the reporting cycle of Supply Chain Finance is on time and in full.
Duties and Responsibilities
Acts as a business partner for the SC fucntion (plants or logistics) assisting them in budgeting and controlling and expenditures. Execute f key financial planning and analysis processes. Assists in the preparation of financial forecasts, cash flow predictions, rolling revenue, cost, and working capital forecasts. Analyzes actuals against budget, forecast and data from previous years. Supports decision making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance. Perform the monthly closing process and ensures that the deadlines are met. Ensures all key Financial Planning and Control (P&C) and financial systems processes are documented, key controls identified, and procedures developed to periodically test the effectiveness of controls. Maximise business performance by challenging and influencing the Supply Chain Management Team. Work closely with Supply Chain to sharpen ad-hoc analysis, developing business cases, providing scenario modelling, creating cost and efficiency analyses & leading ad-hoc analysis to gain insight where relevant. Monitor and develop insight on the quantitative and qualitative performance of the Supply Chain function and communicate this insight through the preparation and delivery of streamlined reporting. Monitor actual cost deployment vs Budget/RoFo and provide early warnings on deviations. Closely monitor, track, and communicate Supply Chain saving initiatives. Manages (Working Capital Improvement, ROFO: COGS , CAPEX Monitoring and ROI, COGS Review & Analysis AP, SP, Support governance (Market Loss, Site Loss, Investment), etc)Disclaimer: Other duties assigned as needed.
Education & Experiences
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, majoring in Finance or Accounting
Years of Experience: 5 years of relevant experience preferably in FMCGs.
Qualifications & Other Requirements
Excellent command of English Language Skills in Microsoft (Excel & PowerPoint) and Power Bi is a plus Profound experience, with advanced ERP systems, e.g. SAP
