The role involves assessing current systems, identifying opportunities for digitalization, and implementing strategies that enhance efficiency and customer experience. + Key Responsibilities + Work closely with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document requirements. + Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. + Analyze business processes and recommend digital solutions. + Develop and execute digital transformation strategies. + Implement emerging technologies such as AI, cloud, and automation. + Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth technology adoption. + Provide training and change management support. + Support end-to-end project delivery from discovery through to implementation. + Create user stories acceptance criteria process flows and wireframes as needed. + Act as a liaison between business and IT ensuring clear understanding and alignment. + Assist in the development and improvement of business processes and digital workflows. **Personal Attributes:** + Strong core business analysis skillset. + Experience in digital transformation, IT consulting, or process improvement. + Strong knowledge of cloud computing, AI, and automation tools. + Fluent in Arabic and English. + Experience in working in a digital/technological role + Contribute to business development and practice development.
