We are looking for a senior brand relations and events professional to join our amazing PUB (Poland,Ukraine&Baltics) Marketing team to support and to accelerate how we communicate about our business, our values and our brands through the delivery of plans across PR, Influencers, Events, Brand partnerships, social media and AFOLs (adults fans of LEGO). IMPORTANT:If you are interested in this role, please submit your CV in English. **Core Responsibilities** + Develop and lead key earned/PR activities and the events strategy to drive affinity & awareness + Lead strategic partnerships and influencers agenda + Partner up with Brand Managers to unlockfullpotential of the campaigns towards kids-parents-adults. + Leverage AFOLcommunity outreach and engagement to complement and augment the LEGO image + Develop storylines that excite consumers,shoppersand media + Represent the brand to a broad range of external partners; this includes being a contact for media and being a primal contact for local PR/marketing representatives and local PR agencies + Drive prioritized external (consumer facing) and internal/corporate events with the support of agency and other team members + Collaborate with legal and other internal partners to ensure compliance and LEGO brand guidelines andlead local crisis management + Directly manage external relationships including PR agency, event agency, licensee partner, strategic partnerships + Assess and respond to incoming requests for brand participation in third-party events and activations + This is a leader role for a small team including leading and coaching of 1 member **Play your part in our team succeeding** This position sits within the Poland& Baltics &Ukraine marketing team and plays a crucial part in ensuring that the LEGO brand continues to grow and be the leading toy brand within CEEMEA region. **Do you have what it takes:** + Extensive workexperience from PR, communications, events with demonstratedtrack recordin generating andmaintainingrelationships + Understanding of the PolishPR&Medialandscape + Experience in managing brand communication and events in a lifestyle,gamingor major entertainment license a strong plus + Able todemonstratestrong communications skills, writing ability in Polish and English + Results orientation + Ability to influence key local and regional partners + Required travel within PUB, sometimes including weekends **\#li-ph** Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
