Senior Analyst – Plan to Report: One Stream Actuals Reporting
Job Description

Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the office one to three times per week or other frequency dictated by the business.

The Role

The Plan to Report workstream for the Future of Finance transformation is seeking a One Stream Reporting - Senior Analyst. This person will be responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities to automate manual reports using the One Stream system, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. This role requires collaboration with teams within Controllership, Global Business Solutions, Finance, and IT to organize, prioritize, and assess the feasibility of proposed solutions.

What You'll Do

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and deliver appropriate solutions.

Design and partner with IT or Accenture to implement reports based on requirements.

Evaluate the feasibility of proposed solutions and ensure they align with the Future of Finance goals.

Assist with other workstreams as necessary to ensure the project's progress as a cohesive team. 

Provide insights and recommendations to enhance reporting processes and efficiency.

Support the development and maintenance of financial reporting standards and practices.

Migrate existing reports to One Stream ensuring accuracy and improvement of overall user experience.

Understand data structure, data interfaces, and how data flows from source systems to One Stream, applying this knowledge in building/migrating actual reports.

Work with a high level of independent judgment and initiative, while being able to rapidly take on and assimilate work from existing team members when required.

Conduct trainings, present developed solutions, and share best practices with the organization.

Participate in team engagement initiatives that promote moments that matter.

Support the development of direct leaders by providing meaningful feedback.



Additional Job Description

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

4+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting and analysis.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills.

Highly proficient personal computer skills and technology driven.

Power BI or KNIME experience.

Oracle / Hyperion Systems, other Finance systems, Global Ledger, SAP

Willingness to work hybrid on mid shift, 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM PHT.
