HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

As Senior Analyst, Digital Analytics, Power Platform, standing at the digital forefront, you will build industry leading knowledge in digital areas, work along with commercial and product experts to measure digital performance, build visualized analytics dashboard, and leverage self-implemented data to guide for business decisions. You will also have the chance to engage with various business functional leaders to build power platform tools from zero to one to create business efficiency and bring long-lasting digital impacts. 

Specifically, as the Senior Analyst, Technology Project Management Office – Asia Pacific, you will:

\n\nResearch and understand capabilities of Microsoft’s Power Platform as well as emerging technologies\nAnalyse business requirements and find opportunities to streamline or automate business process\nCreate and maintain Power BI reports, Power Apps and other low-code solutions to support digital transformation\nMaintain routine reports, and find opportunities to streamline and automate them\nProvide regular reporting and communications related to the project including KPIs and program / project status tracking \nProvide analysis on how to mitigate risks / make recommendations to address issues related to projects\nEnsure approved Hilton Technology methodology and tools are used when managing projects\nWork with Functional Leads and Operations to ensure project requirements and timelines are aligned\nContribute to review and streamlining work processes to increase efficiencies and make sure projects are on schedule\nProvide reporting analytics / summaries to stakeholders for key projects on a monthly / quarterly basis\nProvide recommendations and insights by performing data analysis for optimizing project efficiencies\nMaintain and communicate risks and issues logs throughout the project\nInform regional senior leadership of project progress and highlight key issues to help the decision-making process objectives\nResponsible for the compilation of documentation related to the project\nPrepare and submit regular project status report\nLeverage existing tools or identify tools for efficiencies and productivity\nCapacity to apply generative AI to automate workflows and increase corporate productivity\n\n
