Job description summary:

Expert of the processes in the HR Shared Service Center by representing a high level of knowledge and being able to advise team members on operational matters. Supporting the Team Lead with operations, handling escalations and complex queries and substituting the Team Lead as needed.

Main responsibilities:

Handle inquiries as appropriate within the HR SSC and be in constant collaboration with Specialized Services, Service Excellence Teams, local HR teams and Payroll

Support team leader with operation across various countries

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Facilitate regular meetings and communications to ensure stakeholder needs are met.

Relay opportunities for improvement of daily processes and drive / assist the implementation of these initiatives

Take part / lead global and local initiative implementations as needed

Support team members with problem resolution and perform second level quality checks as needed

Share knowledge and train team members as needed

Represent the values of the HR SSC towards the team members and stakeholders and act as a role model within the team

Perform other duties as requested, like testing, project coordination

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience as an HR Analyst or similar field (within the organization or similar SSC environment) with proven record of outstanding performance within the team

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Workday software is a must

Any European language knowledge is a huge advantage

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and desire to resolve issues

An understanding of human resources policies, procedures, and benefits is preferred

Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), typing proficiency is required and experience with a case management system and HCM system is preferred

Experience understanding and meeting Key Performance Indicators

Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field preferred
