Then this may be the opportunity for you. **Purpose of the Role** + Support of the smooth and accurate monthly management reporting + Ensure that the management reporting is complete and accurate + Participate delivering timely information and insights, forecasting + Improve systems’ data quality and back-end structure + Support process standardization **Top 3-5 Accountabilities** + Participate in delivery of monthly management reporting processes (various BPM reports, landing report, O&R, Extended WC and cash flow reporting and forecasting,) also support deck preparation for the related review meetings + Participate in the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan preparation and submission + Ensure the completeness and accuracy of profit center/market figures and continuously monitor the respective P&L accounts for any inconsistencies + Support data quality, simplification or process improvement projects + Support the forecasting process create different analysis as required **Qualifications and Experience Required** + Degree educated in relevant finance / accounting/ business + Financial Planning & Analysis, and/or Financial Controlling experience is advantage + 3-4 years experience in relevant area + Basic accounting knowledge + Experience with Shared services process activities is an advantage + Relevant experience with BW, SAP + Strong Excel knowledge + Fluent English knowledge **Diversity statement** Celebrating our inclusive and diverse culture is core to Diageo’s purpose of “celebrating life every day everywhere”.
