Purpose of the Role
Support of the smooth and accurate monthly management reporting
Ensure that the management reporting is complete and accurate
Participate delivering timely information and insights, forecasting
Improve systems’ data quality and back-end structure
Support process standardization
Top 3-5 Accountabilities
Participate in delivery of monthly management reporting processes (various BPM reports, landing report, O&R, Extended WC and cash flow reporting and forecasting,) also support deck preparation for the related review meetings
Participate in the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan preparation and submission
Ensure the completeness and accuracy of profit center/market figures and continuously monitor the respective P&L accounts for any inconsistencies
Support data quality, simplification or process improvement projects
Support the forecasting process create different analysis as required
Qualifications and Experience Required
Degree educated in relevant finance / accounting/ business
Financial Planning & Analysis, and/or Financial Controlling experience is advantage
3-4 years experience in relevant area
Basic accounting knowledge
Experience with Shared services process activities is an advantage
Relevant experience with BW, SAP
Strong Excel knowledge
Fluent English knowledge
